I find that getting too focused on the particulars, the daily tasks, is what drains me. But staying connected to the deeper meaning, the greater vision, fuels my spirit and keeps me motivated. There is a renewed vitality when I approach life this way. Going downstream, allowing the ease, is also key to maintaining the flow and harmony of life.

How do we connect to the deeper meaning of our lives? If it was as simple as thinking or acting our way to the answer, we would have done it. But it is not that simple. The only way we can discover the deeper meaning of our lives is by allowing it. Allowing is about letting in the ease. Tune into how you feel until the way of ease reveals itself to you. Follow that path and then, tune in again when the desire for greater ease emerges. The way is not forced, but allowed.
